Through our marketing efforts, we strive to reach as many potential customers as possible and bring awareness to our platform and the products listed on it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the seller and the location of the buyer. You can check the estimated delivery time for each product on its product page.

How do i make a purchase?

At Ewayja, we offer multiple ways for you to check out and purchase your desired items:

  1. Bank transfer/ Lynk payment – simply select this option at checkout, verify your billing and shipping details, and follow the instructions we send you via email to complete your payment.
  2. Credit card payment – select this option at checkout, input your card details, and wait for your card to be charged. Once completed, you will receive an automatic receipt and your order details will be updated. If there are any issues, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you via email.

How do I get paid as a vendor?

Vendors can request payment at any time through their vendor portal on the  website. It’s recommended to request payment monthly for easier and scheduled payment. We make payment to the bank account provided under their account or during the signup process via wire transfer.

How much does it cost to become a seller?

Ewayja offers maximum exposure to all without any registration or subscription fee. However, we do charge a small transaction fee of 10% on each purchase to cover our expenses. Rest assured, it won’t even be noticeable.
